Poland – Sewage, refuse, cleaning and environmental services – Utworzenie i prowadzenie Punktów Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych na terenie gminy Tychy oraz zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych przyjmowanych w PSZOK od właścicieli nieruchomości

The subject of the contract is a service involving the creation and operation of Points for the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) in the city of Tychy, as well as the management of municipal waste accepted at PSZOK from property owners from the date of signing the contract until 31 December 2028, including: a) creation of PSZOK – from the date of signing the contract until 31 December 2026, b) operation and management of PSZOK – 24 months from 1 January 2027. 2. The scope of the contract includes, inter alia: 1) operation and management of three Points for the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) located in the city of Tychy: 2) acceptance of municipal waste from property owners located in the city of Tychy delivered to PSZOK; 3) management of municipal waste accepted at PSZOK; 4) submission of reports on the implementation of the contract. 4. The subject of the contract should be implemented: 1) in accordance with the PSZOK Regulations, which is Annex 1 to OPZ; 2) regardless of weather conditions; 3) continuously – on days and hours specified in the PSZOK Regulations; 4) regardless of difficulties resulting from access to the PSZOK area; 5) in accordance with the legal provisions regarding the collection and management of waste.
