4.1. The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal services, including, but not limited to: 1) cleaning streets, pavements, pedestrian walkways, parking lots, bus stops, and public squares, and emptying street bins; 2) carrying out maintenance tasks along with decorating streets and public squares with flags and lighting for the occasion of Christmas and other events organised by the Contracting Authority; 3) maintaining urban greenery, urban flower beds, and maintaining the fountain. 4) winter maintenance of streets and pavements. The subject of the contract is detailed in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (Detailed description of the subject of the contract), Annexes No. 3, 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e (Lists of bins, streets to be cleaned, boards and notice columns, bus stops, war graves, and urban benches), and in the price forms constituting Annex No. 4 and No. 4a to the SWZ
