Poland – Refurbishment of run-down buildings – Przebudowa i remont wraz ze zmianą sposobu ogrzewania budynku przy ul. 3 Maja 12 w Rybniku w zakresie dostosowania go do obowiązujących warunków technicznych

The subject of the contract is the reconstruction and renovation, including the change of the heating method, of the building at 3 Maja 12, Rybnik, to adapt it to the applicable technical conditions. The material scope of the contract is as follows: I. General building works: 1. Repair of foundations and basement walls, 2. Repair of ceilings and roof, 3. Repair of staircases, 4. Repair of floors, walls and ceilings, 5. Repair of facades, 6. Thermal modernisation, 7. Execution of works related to land development. II. Installation works: 1. Sanitary installations, 2. Electrical and low-voltage installations. III. Execution of the required inspections and services resulting from the warranty conditions of the installed equipment during the warranty period, together with the immediate delivery to the Contracting Authority of confirmation of their execution. The detailed description of the subject of the contract consists of: design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of building works, the items of works constituting the annexes to the Specifications of the Contract Conditions.
