The purpose of the procedure is the supply of liquid thermal fuel for heating the thermal power plants in the equipment of the Timișoara Territorial Inspectorate of the Border Police, from the counties of Timiș, Caraș-Severin and Mehedinți for a period of 12 months, but no later than 31.12.2027, respectively from the date of signing the framework agreement by the last party, in a maximum estimated quantity of 155 tonnes. The estimated quantity to be delivered over the entire duration of the framework agreement = minimum 60 tonnes – maximum 155 tonnes. Frequency of subsequent contracts – usually 1 subsequent contract/month during the framework agreement. The deadline by which the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/information: 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
