The signalling technology present on line 3010 from km 37,680 to km 53,880 is obsolete and will be replaced by the new DSTW technology. In the area of the extension of the 1st construction phase in the DSTW Koblenz – Trier, the operating points Hp Pommern, Hp Klotten, Bf Cochem and the Bf Ediger-Eller are located on the double-track, electrified main line 3010. The second construction phase is part of the pre-series project of the DSTW Koblenz-Trier and will be commissioned together with the first construction phase in December 2029. Therefore, construction supervision is required for the performance phases five to project completion, which will be available to the project management for consulting purposes during the construction execution and will also perform the construction supervision services in accordance with VV Bau and VV Bau-STE.
