France – Computer support services – Prestation d’assistance aux opérations d’évolution d’architecture liées aux intégrations logicielles et à l’obsolescence du parc informatique

This contract is planned for a firm duration of 12 months with four additional options of 12 months each. It consists of a lump sum and an estimated part. The following services are expected under this contract: assistance with operations to evolve architectures related to software integrations and obsolescence of the CEA Cadarache's IT park. In this context, the contractor will be required to perform the following actions:

- Integration of new applications/plugins into the IT system or their updates.

- Integration of new software developments into the IT system or their updates

- Documentation consolidation

- Management of obsolescence of hardware and software of server infrastructures

- Production of technical acceptance test scripts

- Conducting studies

- Software qualification

The contract is a sensitive contract within the meaning of the order of 9 August 2021 approving the interministerial general instruction no. 13100 on the protection of national defence secrets.
