Belgium – Software programming and consultancy services – Raamovereenkomst voor de aankoop van gebruiksrechten op Software

This is a multi-lot contract, each lot constituting a framework agreement, for the purchase of licences, usage rights and/or maintenance and/or support programmes relating to standard software, which is offered in the traditional way (via download or on a carrier) and/or as a service, including purchase and management advice on licence terms, pricing models, different versions, usage conditions, training and support for implementation. The contract is a services contract, in accordance with Article 2, 21° of the Law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement.
