The KID intends to launch a framework agreement, which will be concluded between the bidder of the economically most advantageous tender in accordance with the award criteria and the KID. The subject of the tendered service is the procurement of services for the digitalisation of the existing files and the current incoming mail (scan material) of the Foreigners' Registration Office (ABH)/LH MD, with full compliance with the relevant data protection regulations and the strict requirement that the physical scan material and its digital copies do not leave the legal territory of the Federal Republic at any time (domestic clause). Bidders commit, with the submission of the tender, to provide the necessary human, technical and logistical resources during the contract period.
