Belgium – Diagnostic devices – Raamovereenkomst glucosemeters en toebehoren op de verpleegafdelingen van ZAS (POCT)

This contract concerns the purchase, delivery, installation, implementation, configuration and commissioning of glucose meters, including associated test strips, control fluids, consumables and the necessary software and connectivity solutions. The contract will be awarded for an initial period of seven (7) years, with the possibility for ZAS to extend the agreement once by a period of three (3) years. The glucose meters will be deployed across various campuses and departments within ZAS, including nursing departments, emergency services, intensive care, operating theaters, day hospitals and other clinical care environments. Given the large-scale and multidisciplinary use, a high degree of user-friendliness is essential. The devices must be intuitive to operate for a wide range of users with varying levels of experience, ensuring safe, efficient and uniform operation throughout the entire organization. Particular attention will be paid to the availability of a fully Dutch-language user interface, Dutch-language manuals and training materials when evaluating the offered solution. This will contribute to smooth commissioning, a reduction in user errors and optimal acceptance in clinical practice. The aim of this contract is to select a user-friendly, reliable and integrated glucose meter solution that supports patient safety, optimizes work processes and enables uniform operation across all ZAS departments.
