Poland – Computer equipment and supplies – Dostawa sprzętu informatycznego na potrzeby realizacji Projektu „Inżynier 5.0 – kształcenie na potrzeby gospodarki”

The subject of the order is the delivery of computer equipment for the needs of the implementation of the Project "Inżynier 5.0 – Training for the Economy" co-financed by the European Union from the resources of the European Social Fund Plus within the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027, contract number FERS.01.05-IP.08-0285/23-00, divided into 4 parts: 1) Part 1 – desktop computers, laptops, monitors. 2) Part 2 – portable computers (TABLETS) with accessories. 3) Part 3 – multifunctional devices. 4) Part 4 – computers with special parameters. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The contractor is obliged to implement the order on the principles and conditions described in the model contract constituting Annex No. 5A-5D to the SWZ. 4. Settlements between the Purchaser and the Contractor will be made in PLN. 5. The Purchaser does not require the Contractor to personally perform key tasks. 6. The Contractor may entrust the execution of part of the order to a subcontractor. In such a case, the Purchaser requires the Contractor to indicate in the offer, the part of the order, the execution of which is intended to be entrusted to subcontractors, as well as to provide the names of any subcontractors, if they are already known. 7. The offer must be unambiguous and comprehensive, i.e. cover the entire range of the given part of the order. The subject of the order must meet the requirements of the Purchaser. 8. Equivalent solutions: Whenever a standard, technical evaluation, technical specification and system of technical references, as referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Pzp Act, is indicated in this SWZ or other order documents, it should be understood that the phrase "or equivalent" has been used in relation to it. The use of appropriate standards of the countries of the European Union, in the scope accepted by Polish legislation, is permissible, provided that the applied standards ensure the maintenance of standards at a level not lower than the requirements specified in the above standards. 9. The Contractor is obliged to deliver, together with the delivery, warranty cards in Polish in paper version (1 copy) or in electronic version to the address indicated in the contract, confirming the granting of the warranty and the period for which it has been granted.
