The subject of the contract is the execution of 4th level maintenance of wheel sets for EU160 locomotives. 2. The procurement procedure is conducted as an open tender in accordance with the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law (hereinafter referred to as the "Pzp" or "Pzp". The subject contract is a sectoral contract. 3. Detailed requirements regarding the contract are contained in the SWZ and the annexes to the SWZ, which form an integral part of it.
