The subject of the public procurement is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system in accordance with the provisions of § 58 to § 61 of Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the Amendment and Supplement of Certain Acts as amended by later regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Public Procurement Act” in the appropriate grammatical form) using the restricted procedure (hereinafter also referred to as “DNS”). The DNS will be used for placing orders, the subject of which will be the purchase and delivery of goods commonly available on the market, namely pumps for pumping drinking water for public water supply. The specific scope of the subject of individual orders placed through the established DNS, detailed specification of the subject of individual orders, places of delivery, delivery deadlines and other commercial conditions for the delivery of the subject of individual orders as well as other supplementary information will be stated in the Invitations to Tender, which will be sent simultaneously to all interested parties registered in the DNS through the JOSEPHINE 2.3 system (hereinafter “JOSEPHINE”).
