The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The description of the services is detailed in the Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP). The services will be remunerated by applying the unit prices fixed in the price schedule to the quantities actually executed. The framework agreement is concluded for a maximum amount of 300 000 Euros excl. VAT per period. As an indicative estimate, the framework agreement is 150 000 euros excl. VAT per year. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from the date of contract notification (the date indicated in this notice is given as an indication), renewable three times by successive annual period.
