Germany – Building construction work – Neubau 2-Feld Sporthalle Untengönrather Straße, Solingen

The city of Solingen plans to construct a new two-court sports hall on the site of the Mildred-Scheel-Berufskolleg at Untengönrather Straße. The sports hall will be used by the college and by the Realschule Vogelsang, as well as by additional participants on behalf of the sports office. The subject of the procurement procedure is the complete planning and the turnkey, ready-for-operation construction of the project, including connection to the transport and technical infrastructure. The scope of services also includes equipping the sports hall with permanently installed sports equipment. In addition to the necessary structural and technical planning, the contractor is also responsible for the permit planning and the implementation of all required approval and permitting procedures.
