The subject of the contract is the supply of enteral and parenteral nutrition preparations according to the division into 13 tasks. 3.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including a description and parameters of the product, required capacity/volume/size; form/type of packaging; unit of measurement; quantity – is specified in Annex No. 1 to SWZ, the assortment-price form. 3.3. Detailed conditions and rules for the implementation of the subject of the contract are additionally specified in the Contractual Conditions, Annex No. 5 to SWZ "Contractual Conditions."
