Poland – Environmental engineering consultancy services – Ekspertyzy chiropterologiczne na potrzeby projektu PZO3 – część 7

The contract covers the preparation of chiropterological expertises for the purpose of drawing up up-to-date protective task plans for Natura 2000 areas: Muszkowicki Las Bukowy (PLH020068), Sztolnia w Młotach (PLH020070), Dolina Bystrzycy Łomnickiej (PLH020083), Pieńska Dolina Nysy Łużyckiej (PLH020086), Kopalnie w Złotym Stoku (PLH020007), specifically: 1) preparation of a schedule of field work and field work methodology (in the event of the need to apply a methodology divergent from the methodology of the State Environmental Monitoring of the Chief Inspectorate for Environmental Protection, hereinafter referred to as „PMŚ GIOŚ” or the methodology of studying the foraging/breeding/migratory population) and its agreement with the Contracting Authority; 2) carrying out field chiropterological inventory; 3) conducting an assessment of the conservation status of all identified population types of the studied species; 4) preparation of inventory documentation: a) observation cards with the inclusion of: • actual and reference assessment of the conservation status of the studied species, • existing and potential threats, • protective measures, including monitoring; b) negative observation cards (if applicable); c) summary of studies; d) spatial data in the form of digital information layers (GIS); e) photographic documentation of the studied species; 5) participation in a maximum of two meetings of the Local Cooperation Team; 6) preparation of an application for changes to the Standard Data Form (SDF) of the area together with a proposal for the amended SDF. 2. The subject of the contract is divided into partial tasks: 1) partial task N1 – chiropterological inventory in the Natura 2000 area Muszkowicki Las Bukowy (PLH020068), 2) partial task N2 – chiropterological inventory in the Natura 2000 area Sztolnia w Młotach (PLH020070), 3) partial task N3 – chiropterological inventory in the Natura 2000 area Dolina Bystrzycy Łomnickiej (PLH020083), 4) partial task N4 – chiropterological inventory in the Natura 2000 area Pieńska Dolina Nysy Łużyckiej (PLH020086), 5) partial task N5 - chiropterological inventory in the Natura 2000 area Kopalnie w Złotym Stoku (PLH020007). 3. The subject of the contract is described in Annex No. 1 to the specification. 4. The Contracting Authority foresees the need to transfer intellectual property rights to the completed subject of the contract. A detailed description of the contractual conditions is given in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the specification.
