The subject of the procurement is the services of a Payment Service Provider (PSP), specifically the electronic processing of ticket sales through all digital distribution channels, which are operated by the customers themselves. This service is to be made available through a framework agreement to the transport companies organised in the RMV and NVV, as well as the distribution service provider (VDL; rms GmbH) commissioned by the RMV. These eligible parties are listed in the tender documents, see D 3 Eligible Parties. The PSP will also provide the services of a credit card acquirer and a factor.
