The subject of the public contract is the insurance of buses owned by the Karlovy Vary Region in accordance with Act No. 30/2024 Coll., on vehicle operation liability insurance, as amended, including their comprehensive insurance in accordance with § 2758 and following of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2029.
