The subject of the order is the supply of a shock freezer for plasma freezing. 2. The detailed description of the delivery which is the subject of this procedure is contained in the "Product and Price Sheet" which is Annex 2 to the SWZ. This description should be read together with any changes to the SWZ, which may result from responses to contractors' questions. 3. The contractor is obligated to execute the order on the principles and conditions described in the contract project which is Annex 9 to the SWZ. 4. The recipients of the subject of the order have been specified in the Product and Price Sheet which is Annex 2 to the SWZ.
