The subject of the contract is the preparation of the building project and the detailed design projects, including obtaining the necessary administrative decisions for the implementation of the investment task entitled "Expansion of ul. Grójeckiej section Pl. Zawiszy – Pl. Narutowicza." The subject of the contract includes in particular: 1) carrying out preparatory works, 2) obtaining a decision on the permit for the implementation of the road investment, including the preparation of all necessary documents to obtain the possibility of carrying out construction works, 3) preparation of promotional - informative materials, 4) preparation of the building project, 5) preparation of the detailed design projects, 6) preparation of the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, 7) preparation of maps with the planned division of real estate, 8) preparation of the scope of works, 9) preparation of the investor's cost estimate and cost estimate form for the offer, 10) preparation of responses to questions from contractors and making any modifications to the prepared documents during the tender procedure, 11) supervision in the author's performance during the construction works, 12) transfer of intellectual property rights, including copyrights to the works carried out within the contract, as well as granting all consents and authorizations for their modification and the exercise of dependent rights.
