The subject of the contract is: a. Collection and disposal of municipal waste generated in properties located in the area of the Municipality of Krupski Młyn and equipping them with containers, which includes: - collection, transport and disposal of all non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and selectively collected municipal waste generated in properties located in the area of the Municipality of Krupski Młyn, - equipping inhabited properties with containers and bags for selective collection of municipal waste, - equipping inhabited properties with containers for mixed waste, - organisation and operation of the Selective Collection Point for Municipal Waste (PSZOK), - collection, transport and disposal of construction and demolition waste. b. Collection and disposal of waste from municipal public utility areas, municipal roads and green areas, which are the property of the Municipality of Krupski Młyn. 2. The contracting authority estimates the amount of municipal waste to be collected by the Contractor from inhabited properties in the Municipality of Krupski Młyn in the years 2027-2028 at the level of 1 100 Mg annually. 3. The subject of the contract, including the conditions for the implementation of the contract, are determined by: - Detailed description of the subject of the contract; - Draft contractual provisions. 4. The Contractor may entrust the execution of part of the contract to a subcontractor. 5. The contracting authority does not reserve the obligation of personal execution by the Contractor of key tasks.
