1. The subject of the contract is the supply and distribution of thermal energy to the Ministry of Development and Technology's property at 3/5 Pl. Trzech Krzyży, Warsaw, for the years 2026-2030. 2. The technical conditions have been specified in point 4.2 of the SWZ. 3. Detailed information regarding the scope and conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract is specified in the "Draft Contract Terms, which will be included in the contract text" constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ.
