Initiation of the procedure, following a statement of interest from SALES S.p.A (Tax Code 01542280589) with registered office in Rome – 00198, via Nizza, 11 for the grant of a concession, pursuant to Article 18 of Law No. 84/94, for the use, for a period of four years, of the total maritime public domain areas of approximately 7,748 sq.m., located in the port of Piombino, and specifically at the Darsena Nord (so-called “Briccole” area) with the aim of using an area for the activity of storing and loading onto ships large-sized stone material, as well as maintaining a mooring buoy in the adjacent water area.
