The current infrastructure requires an evolution to address the following challenges:

- Performance and scalability: Support the growth in usage (virtualisation, containerisation, Datahub) and data volumes.

- Resilience and continuity: Strengthen high-availability, PRA/PCA, and Disaster Recovery mechanisms.

- Security: Integrate cybersecurity requirements (microsegmentation, encryption, detection), in line with the ongoing Cyber tender.

- Regulatory compliance: GDPR, hosting in France, French law, and specific obligations of the social housing sector.

- Cost management: Optimise the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) over 5 years, including migration costs.

- Modernisation: Explore cloud (IaaS, PaaS) and hybridisation opportunities to gain agility.

Three scenarios are envisaged:

- Scenario 1 - Replacement of the on-premise infrastructure

- Scenario 2 - Migration to a Cloud solution

- Scenario 3 - Hybrid solution (on-premise + Cloud)
