Implementation of comprehensive plans - renovation and refurbishment. The tender is divided into 5 lots according to this tender notice and the accompanying tender material. The tendered enterprise contracts concern the renovation and refurbishment of Himmerland Boligforening section 20 (originally consisting of 164 dwellings) and section 24 (originally consisting of 186 dwellings). The dwellings are predominantly terraced houses, supplemented by detached houses. The contracts cover the renovation and refurbishment of 350 dwellings in 2 comprehensive plans with support from Landsbyggefonden.
