The subject of the contract is the migration of the FUDO system to a virtual environment, including the supply of a license and technical support. The detailed description and the way of implementing the contract is contained in the Subject of the Contract Description (OPZ), which is Annex 1 to the SWZ, and the Contract Template, which is Annex 3 to the SWZ. The contracting authority declares that, as the administrator of the data and having regard to the provisions of the Act of 10.5.2018 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter RODO), it has implemented security measures adequate to the risks identified by it and providing assurance of the proper protection of personal data transmitted as part of the procedure. The detailed information clause from Article 13 RODO is contained in the SWZ.
