The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand-new specialist vehicle of the type refuse truck (hereinafter referred to as the vehicle or the truck) consisting of a lorry chassis and a superstructure adapted for the transport of municipal waste, produced in 2026, meeting the technical, quality and functional requirements specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ, within the framework of operational leasing: - Initial fee: 10% - Final buyout: 1% of the value of the leased item - Number of leasing instalments: 59 - Interest rate: fixed. After the payment of the last leasing instalment, the vehicle will be bought out for an amount equal to 1% of the net value of the subject of the order + VAT.
