The subject of the contract is the execution of construction and installation works on part of the surface of the building of the Medical Simulation Centre, Wing B of the Warsaw Medical University, consisting of construction and assembly, finishing and installation works in the scope of the rooms of the above-ground part of the building, along with the supply of equipment and obtaining final decisions on the permit for use. The detailed scope of the contract is described in Volume III of the SWZ. The implementation of the contract is subject to Polish law, including in particular the Construction Law, the Civil Code and the Pzp Act. The Contractor will be obliged to carry out construction works in accordance with Polish law, in particular with technical and construction regulations, regulations concerning independent technical functions in construction and regulations concerning products and materials used in construction. 2. Requirements related to the implementation of the contract in terms of employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing the tasks indicated by the Contracting Authority in the scope of the implementation of the contract are specified in Volume II of the SWZ. The above requirements specify in particular: a) the type of tasks related to the implementation of the contract, which are subject to the employment requirements on the basis of an employment relationship by the Contractor or Subcontractor of persons performing tasks during the implementation of the contract; b) the method of verifying the employment of these persons; c) the rights of the Contracting Authority in terms of controlling the fulfillment by the Contractor of the requirements related to the employment of these persons and the sanctions for non-compliance with these requirements. 3. Due to the specificity of the subject of the contract, based on Article 131(2) of the Act, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of conducting a local inspection upon request. The application for a local inspection should be submitted no later than 14.10.2026, on the eZamawiający procurement platform available at: https://wum.ezamawiajacy.pl/pn/wum/demand/321491/notice/public/details 4. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks related to construction contracts. 5. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Pzp Act, consisting in the repetition of similar construction works, consistent with the subject of the contract. 6. You do not have: 1) the right, pursuant to Article 17(3)(b), (d) or (e) of the GDPR, to erasure of personal data; 2) the right to data portability, referred to in Article 20 of the GDPR; 3) the right, pursuant to Article 18 of the GDPR, to request the administrator to restrict the processing of personal data with the reservation of cases referred to in Article 18(2) of the GDPR; 8.
