The number of days until which requests for clarification can be submitted before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications: 18. The contracting authority/entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information with a maximum of: 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. "SERVICES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT, TESTING, PILOTING AND COMMISSIONING OF AN INTEGRATED IT SYSTEM FOR THE DIGITALISATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITIES" within the project "Digitalisation of UAT Sărmaș through ADR Centru" (SMIS Code: 336617). This procurement is carried out within the project "Digitalisation of UAT Sărmaș through ADR Centru" (Project Code: 336617), funded by the 2021–2027 Central Region Programme, Priority 2 - A Digital Region, Action 2.1 - Digital Communities for a Smart Region, Intervention 2.1.1 - Digital Communities for a Smart Region - Digital Solutions, managed by the Regional Development Agency Centru, with the aim of developing, testing, piloting and commissioning digital solutions at the level of UAT Comuna Sărmaș. The implementation of the project aims to achieve the digital transformation of the activities of the local public administration through an integrated package of digital solutions (GIS platform, ERP system and Virtual Public Official), in order to modernise and automate internal processes, increase the accessibility and quality of public services for citizens and ensure a unitary, interoperable and compliant IT infrastructure with the requirements of the Central Region Programme.
