**Supply of Ritter fittings**

In the context of this procurement, the municipality intends to purchase ‘Ritter fittings’. The contract consists of the supply of the Ritter fittings and necessary materials. Chapter 5 of this guide contains the detailed description of the contract and the requirements set out for it. The delivery also includes all necessary actions, measures, provisions, etc. required to supply the Ritter fittings in accordance with the Agreement at a specified time to a location to be indicated by the Contracting Authority. The installation of the Ritter fittings is not within the scope of this contract.

**Project Description**

A new Framework Agreement must be concluded for the supply of the Ritter fittings because the municipality of Amsterdam will still require the purchase of the Ritter fittings in the coming years. For example, for faults, damages, new construction and re-profiling. The maintenance contractor is responsible for the installation, which falls outside the scope of this procurement.
