Germany – Building construction work – TU-Leistungen zur Errichtung von Wohngebäuden für Asylsuchende (Ersatzneubauten VII und VIII)

The Saarland, represented by the Landesverwaltungsamt (LaVA) - Department 4 - State Construction Authority (SHB), plans to construct a building complex with outdoor facilities for the accommodation of asylum seekers on the site of the Landesaufnahmestelle (LASt) in 66822 Lebach. The implementation of the construction project is to be carried out by a so-called total contractor, who will undertake all necessary planning and execution services for the construction of the buildings and outdoor facilities, as well as maintenance and certain maintenance services for a period of four years from the acceptance of the construction services. The procurement procedure is to be completed by the end of 2026 with an award of contract. The replacement new buildings are to be completed within 24 months thereafter.
