The tender covers the core renovation and extension of a single-story kindergarten. The scope of services includes room & timber construction works, as well as the creation of a curtain facade for this project. 1250m² of cross-laminated timber cassette ceiling, 125m² of acoustic timber ceiling, 100m² of timber frame walls, 16 steel profiles in various cross-sections HEA140 - HEB260, 80m² of curtain facade on metal profiles, 30m of fire protection cladding, 280m of plasterboard skirting, various timber constructions.
