Open procedure for the award of a framework agreement with a single economic operator for the subsequent conclusion of individual contracts relating to the service of correction/encoding of open-ended questions of pre-tests, anchoring, national surveys and field trials and main studies of international surveys (in paper and/or computer-based CBT formats) and related scientific support; the service of data entry and return and related IT support (pre-tests, anchoring, national surveys); as well as the service of technical-operational support to the activities of correction/encoding and to the activities of scientific coordination (international surveys), connected to the institutional activities provided for by Legislative Decree 62/2017 and subsequent amendments and additions, for the implementation of national and international surveys of learning outcomes and research activities entrusted to INVALSI.
