The subject of the contract is the execution of construction and installation works within the framework of the investment task entitled: “Construction of a hospital building with the adaptation of the accompanying infrastructure in the scope of psychiatric care for adults and the expansion of activities to include outpatient clinics for children and youth within the Mental Health Centre at the Municipal Hospital of St. John Paul II in Elbląg” divided into tasks: Task No. 1: Construction of a hospital building with the adaptation of the accompanying infrastructure in the scope of psychiatric care for adults and the expansion of activities to include outpatient clinics for children and youth within the Mental Health Centre at the Municipal Hospital of St. John Paul II in Elbląg. Task No. 2: Delivery of furniture with installation within the framework of the investment task entitled: “Construction of a hospital building with the adaptation of the accompanying infrastructure in the scope of psychiatric care for adults and the expansion of activities to include outpatient clinics for children and youth within the Mental Health Centre at the Municipal Hospital of St. John Paul II in Elbląg.” The items and technical documentation are included in Annex No. 1.2.1 to the SWZ. The list of furniture is included in Annex No. 1.2.2 to the SWZ. The description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex No. 1.3 to the SWZ. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of partial offers. Within 7 working days from the signing of the contract, the contractor will provide the contracting authority with detailed cost estimates, including a table of aggregated elements, a list of RMS and a breakdown of the hourly rate and surcharges, Kp, Kz, Z, with values of positions, which, after summarising, will be consistent with the values of individual elements contained in the Price List form attached to the offer submitted at the stage of the procedure.
