The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting of the implementation of Stage 0 of the investment named Construction of a sports complex in Reguły within the budget task named: "P-Construction of an educational complex in Reguły II stage – meeting the collective needs of residents", located on land parcels no. 628/5, 628/6, 628/9 and 628/12, cadastral area 0013 Reguły, at ul. Kuchy, including the construction of a changing room building as well as the development of the area together with sports facilities, communication layout and necessary technical infrastructure. The detailed description of the subject of the contract has been defined in the multi-disciplinary project documentation constituting an annex to the SWZ.
