The subject of the Contract is the preparation of Project Documentation and the implementation of construction works aimed at building an overhead contact line, including power supply elements, autotransformer cabins and control of overhead contact line joints, KDP, on the section Kotowice – CPK Railway Hub – Łódź, and on the sections connecting to the existing/implemented by PKP PLK, along with the reconstruction of the existing PKP PLK infrastructure at the connection points to the extent necessary for implementation. Furthermore, the Contractor is obligated to obtain a WE verification certificate for the Energy subsystems, issue the appropriate verification declarations, and prepare all necessary documentation required to obtain a permit for the admission of the Energy subsystems to indefinite operation. The operational and design speed of the line is 350km/h.
