1. The subject of the Contract is: Construction of a double-track line Gdańsk Błonia – Olsztyn Mątki. 2. The contractor is obligated to complete the full scope of works specified in the Contract Specification, and — in the case of a task order — to implement the Supervision Option. Detailed requirements regarding the Supervision Option are specified in Part II and IV of the SWZ. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the Contract is in Part II SWZ Functional – User Program. 3. Names and codes of the Common Procurement Vocabulary: 45100000–8; 45200000–9, 45300000–0, 45400000–1, 45500000–2, 71000000–8, 65300000–6, 71200000–0, 71300000–1, 71400000–2 71500000–3. 4. In all cases where the Contracting Authority describes the subject of the Contract by reference to standards, technical specifications, technical specifications and technical reference systems, as mentioned in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Act, the Contracting Authority allows equivalent solutions described, if they allow to obtain features or parameters not worse than those mentioned. The above means that the Contractor may apply solutions described by the Contracting Authority "or equivalent". 5. The Contractor who refers to equivalent solutions described by the Contracting Authority, is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies, services or construction works offered by him in an equivalent degree meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. The condition for the application of equivalent solutions is written approval by the Contracting Authority. Differences between the invoked standards and their equivalents must be accurately described by the Contractor and submitted to the Contracting Authority — during the implementation of the subject of the Contract — for approval.
