The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of cinema seats, carpet flooring, and obstacle lighting in the cinema hall of the Culture Centre 105 in Koszalin. The subject of the contract includes, in particular: a) dismantling of existing cinema seats, removal of existing flooring, and dismantling of LED profiles and strips; b) collection, transport, and handover for lawful waste management of waste generated in connection with the performance of the Contract, in accordance with the applicable waste management regulations, including regulations concerning BDO, with the Contractor bearing all costs associated with this and performing the obligations incumbent upon it in accordance with the applicable regulations; c) preparation of the subfloor to the extent necessary for the correct laying and installation of the flooring; d) supply and installation of 425 new cinema seats; e) supply and installation of new flooring with baseboards; f) supply and installation of LED obstacle lighting; g) performance of all other actions necessary for the proper execution of the subject of the contract, arising from the Contract and the Description of the subject of the contract. The detailed specification of the subject of the contract is contained in Section II of the SWZ together with the annexes and in the draft contract provisions contained in Section V of the SWZ. II. The project entitled "Modernisation of the cinema - replacement of seats, flooring and lighting" is co-financed under the Operational Programme "Development of Cinemas", Priority I "Modernisation of Cinemas" of the Polish Film Institute.
