Romania – Diesel fuel (EN 590) – Furnizare motorină pentru anul 2027

ECOKOV S.R.L. acquires a maximum of 112,765 litres of Euro 5 diesel, in accordance with SR EN 590 or equivalent, CPV 09134220-5 – Diesel (EN 590), with transport and unloading into the 10,000-litre tank owned by the beneficiary, at the worksite in Leț, Boroșneu Mare Commune, Covasna County. Deliveries are made between 01.01.2027–31.12.2027 or from the date of contract signature, if later than 01.01.2027, without exceeding the date of 31.12.2027. Only the quantities actually needed, delivered and received, are ordered and paid for, up to the maximum quantity and available funds. Clarification requests are submitted through SEAP with at least 18 calendar days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority responds clearly and fully to all requests received in time, on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with art. 160 para. (2) and art. 161 para. (1) of Law no. 98/2016. Responses and related questions are published in SEAP without revealing the identity of the applicants.
