Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply (purchase, transport and delivery) of computer equipment for the needs of the Investment Implementation and Renovation Department in Bytom. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including technical parameters, is contained in the Subject of the Contract Description – which is an attachment to the Specification. The detailed conditions for the execution of the contract are contained in the Draft Contract Clauses – which are an attachment to the SWZ. 2. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Contracting Authority with a 36-month warranty for the subject of the contract, on the terms specified in the Draft Contract Clauses. 3. CPV Code according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary: 30200000-1 computer equipment. 4. The Contracting Authority does not allow the possibility of submitting partial offers. The subject of the contract is limited to the supply of equipment to one Department. The contract, due to its small scope (contract value below the statutory threshold), does not hinder access to the contract for small and medium-sized enterprises. Regardless of the above, this contract is one of the contracts covered by separate procedures for the supply of computer equipment/equipment. 5. If the Contracting Authority in the description of the subject of the contract indicates trademarks, patents or origin, sources or a special process that characterizes the products or services supplied by a specific Contractor, equivalent solutions to those described may be offered, provided that they maintain the same minimum technical, quality and functional parameters, etc. 6. The Contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to prove that the solution offered by him meets the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. In such a case, the Contractor attaches to the offer a list of equivalent solutions along with its description or standards. 7. In the event that the description of the subject of the contract contains references to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, as mentioned in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority allows equivalent solutions to those described.
