1. The subject of the contract is the supply of monitors. 2. The contracting authority awards the contract in lots, each of which is the subject of a separate procurement procedure. As part of the subject procurement procedure, the contracting authority does not allow for the submission of partial tenders for organisational and technical reasons. 3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Contract and Annex 2 to the SWZ - Draft Contract Terms. 4. The contractor is obliged to execute the contract on the terms and conditions described in the Essential Contract Terms, which constitute Annex 2 to the SWZ.
