The date 19/02/27 is indicative and non-binding. The present notice concerns Phase I of the submission of tenders as part of a restricted procedure for the award of a contract for the rehabilitation of the smoke extraction and fire extinguishing systems of the CORUM, at the end of which 5 candidates admitted to submit a tender will be selected (subject to a sufficient number of candidates; the contracting authority may select fewer than 5 candidates if necessary). The operation consists of the renovation of the technical installations of the CORUM building in MONTPELLIER. The operation will be carried out on an occupied site. The objectives of the project are as follows: Carry out a complete diagnosis of the existing installations. Bring the smoke extraction / HVAC / fire extinguishing / CFO installations into compliance. Improve evacuation conditions (accessibility, signage, smoke extraction). Optimise the maintenance and reliability of the installations. Provide the CORUM with as-built drawings of the technical installations. Ensure business continuity during the works. Comply with the BACS Decree. Optimise HVAC-related consumption to contribute to the reduction of energy consumption in order to comply with the Tertiary Decree. The details of the missions are given in the DCE of the contract from the tendering phase: DIA/AVP including PC/DT/PRO/ACT/DET/VISA/AOR/GPA. The details of the missions entrusted to the successful tenderer are set out in the tender specifications. NO SITE VISIT FOR THE TENDERING PHASE. The criteria used to select the tenders are weighted as follows (see the RC for details and sub-criteria): 1-Professional capacity assessed through the relevance and quality of references in relation to the CORUM rehabilitation operation= 48% 2-Technical capacity: Coherence of the team / organisation proposed and human and material resources 42% 3-Economic and financial capacity of the group=10% Variants are not accepted. In the event of the contract being awarded to a joint venture, the lead contractor of the group will be jointly and severally liable, for the performance of the contract, with each of the members of the group for their contractual obligations. The lead contractor of the group must necessarily be the Smoke Extraction/HVAC Engineering Firm. It will only be present in one group. It is forbidden for candidates to submit several offers by acting both as individual candidates and as members of one or more groups. There is no exclusivity for the other members of the team, who are free to be part of as many teams as they wish. It is recalled that the composition of the group may not be modified between the date of submission of the tenders and the date of signature of the public contract (except in the conditions mentioned in Articles R 2142-26 of the Public Procurement Code). The Project Management team, composed as a group, must meet the following minimum composition in terms of skills: The following skills are expected: - Fluids (smoke extraction and HVAC) - Architect DPLG or D-HMONP - Electrical and low voltage - Fire extinguishing - Structures - Construction Economics - Acoustics - SSI. Each of the certificates expected (see participation conditions below) may be subject to equivalence. Foreign companies may provide those issued by the authorities of their country of origin. The services are paid for by lump sums. The estimated amounts are indicative.
