Puglia FESR-FSE+ 2021-2027 Specific Objective RSO2.8 Priority 3 Sustainable Urban Mobility Action 3.1 Sub-Action 3.1.1 Intervention Extension of the BRT Network of the Municipality of Taranto: Implementation of the Link Road from the Red Line to San Cataldo Hospital and Purchase of 2 Electric BRT Buses CUP E51J26000000002. Open telematic procedure pursuant to Article 71 of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023 for the award of the supply of 2 Electric BRT Buses. Supply of 2 (two) articulated buses of category M3, exclusively powered by electricity, approximately 18 meters in length, identical to each other in configuration, equipment and features, intended for the operation of the local public transport service within the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system of the Municipality of Taranto. The contract is a lump sum. The amount set as the tender base is € 1,300,000.00 (one million three hundred thousand) plus VAT at the legal rate, corresponding to the supply of 2 articulated electric buses of 18 meters, complete with all equipment, features and performances as per the Special Contract Specifications, at a unit price of € 650,000.00 (six hundred and fifty thousand) plus VAT. In the present contract, there are no safety costs due to interference, as there are no interference risks pursuant to Article 26 of Legislative Decree No. 81/2008; Since it is a supply without installation, taking into account the performance subject to the contract, Articles 11, paragraph 2, and 41, paragraph 14, of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023 do not apply, therefore no labour costs are identified to be deducted from the amount subject to discount.
