France – Administrative housing services – Suivi animation de l'Opération Programmée d'Amélioration de l'Habitat et de Renouvellement Urbain (2025-2030) sur les centres-villes de Vichy et de Cusset

In the framework of its policy to revitalise urban centres, Vichy Communauté has decided to relaunch, in partnership with the municipalities of Vichy and Cusset, a Programme of Sustainable Improvement of Private Housing - Urban Renewal (OPAH-RU), covering the period 2025-2030. This operation is part of the community's overall strategy to:

- Durably improve the quality of private housing,

- Combat structural vacancy,

- Address situations of substandard and undecent housing,

- Support the energy transition of old buildings,

- Strengthen the attractiveness and vitality of urban centres,

- Support and coordinate urban renewal projects undertaken in the two municipalities.

The present consultation aims to entrust a specialised service provider with the complete mission of monitoring and animating this operation, as governed by Convention No. 48 signed on 18 February by the ANAH.
