The subject of the contract is the conception and implementation of a measure pursuant to § 16 k SGB II to (re-)establish employability through the means of holistic coaching. The target group of the service to be awarded includes employable beneficiaries (eLb) who suffer from one or multiple substance addictions. As part of the measure, up to 45 participants will benefit from individual coaching sessions by a total of three coaches (care ratio 1:15) in the sense of holistic care. The services are divided into the aspects of the outreach/ intake phase at the beginning, the actual coaching, and follow-up care if needed when transitioning to another measure.
