**All-inclusive Lock and Access Control Service for Nacka Municipality**

**Service description**

Nacka Municipality is seeking to procure an all-inclusive lock and access control service. The service includes the following:

- Supply and installation of mechanical and electronic locks and access control systems.

- Maintenance and repair of locks and access control systems.

- 24/7 emergency service and call-outs.

- Access control management and user administration.

- Regular inspections and audits of the lock and access control systems.

- Reporting and documentation of all activities and incidents.

**Service period**

The service period is 48 months, with the possibility of extension for an additional 24 months.

**Estimated value**

The estimated total value of the procurement is EUR 500 000 - 1 000 000.

**Tendering procedure**

The procurement will be conducted as an open procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (2016:1145) and the Public Procurement Regulations (2016:1146).
