Bulgaria – Miscellaneous special-purpose machinery – Изграждане на нова азотна станция, заменяща АКС-1

The subject of the contract is the design, supply, dismantling of existing equipment, installation of new equipment and commissioning of a Nitrogen Station, intended for the production of gaseous nitrogen, necessary for the production process of Kozloduy NPP. The main types of activities are:

- Preparation of a working project (WP). The design of the new nitrogen station to be single-stage – WP. WP must provide a solution for the layout and selection of the main technological and electrical equipment, in line with that mounted on the operating nitrogen stations.

- Supply of the corresponding equipment, in accordance with the requirements of the project and the technical assignment.

- Dismantling of the existing equipment in the premises and its preparation for the installation of the new equipment, in accordance with the approved WP.

- Installation of the new nitrogen station. Carrying out individual PNR, functional testing of the newly installed systems, jointly with the Principal and commissioning of the new equipment. Preparation by the Contractor and submission to the Principal for review and approval of the executive documentation, and reports from the execution.

- Conducting 72-hour test runs and acceptance of the equipment by the Principal.

- Training of the Principal's personnel.

- Author's supervision during the project implementation.
