The subject of the public procurement shall be referred to in this documentation as „EQUIPMENT“ for brevity.

The execution of the public procurement shall be carried out in the following stages:

1) Delivery of an isothermal titration calorimeter (ITC) to the building of the Faculty of Chemistry and Pharmacy of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski".

2) Installation, configuration, and commissioning of the equipment by qualified personnel of the participant and demonstration of the declared parameters.

3) Training for operation, conducted by qualified personnel of the participant for the specialists indicated by the Beneficiary.

4) Warranty maintenance of the equipment, for no less than 12 months, counted from the date of signing the acceptance transfer protocol for delivery, installation, and operation training without remarks.

Important: The deadlines for the execution of the stages should be in line with the overall deadline for the execution of the order, which may not be longer than 90 calendar days, counted from the date of sending a request by the Beneficiary.

Note: Under warranty maintenance, the mandatory periodic maintenance of the equipment is understood, which is carried out by the Contractor during the warranty period, for the manufacturer's warranty liability to apply.

The detailed requirements for the execution of the order and the technical parameters of the equipment are specified in Appendix No. 1 - Technical Specifications, published on the Buyer's Profile in the electronic correspondence of this documentation.

THE ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS/PARAMETERS, SUBJECT TO ASSESSMENT and their relative weight in the comprehensive assessment are specified in Appendix 2.
