The subject of this procedure is the granting of a long-term loan in the amount of 5,350,000.00 (in words: five million three hundred and fifty thousand zł 00/100) to cover the planned budget deficit and to repay previously incurred obligations under loans and credits. A detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ. The Contractor, during the implementation of the service/order, will not provide the Purchaser with data necessary for financial analysis and other documents that can be obtained through publicly available databases, portals or websites.
