France – Digital mapping services – Photogrammétrie pour réalisation de Recostar

The contract concerns the supply of a georeferenced terrestrial photogrammetry solution for the inventory of public electricity distribution works in the Alpes Regional Directorate. The resulting inventory must enable a cartographic update in the company's patrimonial information systems. The associated process, divided into two parts, is as follows:

1. Acquisition Part: provision, in the form of monthly rental, of the equipment necessary for acquiring high-precision geographic data on site, via georeferenced terrestrial photogrammetry.

2. Monitoring and Processing Tool Part: provision of a web platform enabling photogrammetric calculations, vectorisation of works from the 3D point cloud, and export to the defined formats. The Alpes Regional Directorate wishes to use this technology for connection works (OSR connections <36 kVA).
